AEIP Press Release on the EIOPA’s Call for Advice
Brussels, January 11th 2012 AEIP has provided its response to the EIOPA’s Consultation on the review of the Directive 2003/41/EC (IORP Directive). AEIP strongly believes that the review of the IORP Directive can not be handled separately from other initiatives of the Commission with respect to pension policy. The review as it is presented through the EIOPA questionnaire touches also upon issues like the organization of social protection and the European social model, which are of political nature. |
